Timothy Hammar began practicing law in 2008 with Angel, Coil, & Bartlett and is currently a partner at Luebeck, Hammar, McCarty, & Goldwarg law firm. In 2017, Mr. Hammar was named to the list of ‘America’s Top 100 Attorneys’ and received its Lifetime Achievement award. In 2012, 2013, and 2015 Mr. Hammar was recognized as one of the top 40 lawyers under the age of 40 by the National Trial Lawyers Association.
Mr. Hammar’s law practice focuses primarily on estate administration and probate, estate and trust litigation, estate planning, personal injury and wrongful death cases. He also advises clients in matters of civil litigation, real estate transactions, and Montana business, employment, and contractual law.
